hi,, just asking,,im having some blood in my loose stools and have been smoking a ecig for the last 3 months wondering could this be related,,, also sometimes feeling abit anghish at times feelinglight headed but that been on going and not just since iv noticed the blood would you have any ideas what this could be..

Blood in stool can be due to upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding or from lower GI bleeding or some external bleeding.
If it is pure red in colour then it can be due to piles, fissure or mass in rectum or lower colon.
Blackish blood can be due to bleeding from peptic ulcer or upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding.
You should go for per rectal examination, stool examination and ultrasound abdomen. This will give you exact idea regarding cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
