General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.

I recommend using daily probiotics.

I also recommend using over the counter options such as Imodium.

I suggest to use a plain diet and avoid spicy food or other food that may trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
