Why Do I Have Burning Sensation After Urinating While Suffering From Arthritis?

iam 23 years old male. I am diagnosed with arthritis, some say its ankalysin other say its sjorgen syndrome, iam taking salazopyrin and HCQS . i was having burning sensation while pee only at the end, I masterbated just to check if everything is fine, when the semen came out it burned even more. it was white in colour, i remember having yellow semen earlier, iam virgin, i just goined gym and remember doing cross trainerand having some friction with my penis and trunk. now I have this tingling in my penis and sometimes burning sensation, it doesnt always burn while peeing. i saw a urlologist he did routine urine test, check my testicles and prostare everything is fine and gave me xcylocane 2% for 10 days.first few days were good but after 2 weeks of using the gel it started again? I have read a lot of threats on the net with people having same symptoms but cannot find a cure. It is very annoying is there any solution for this
