HI,
Osteoarthritis s a degenerative & progressive joint disease, Naturally with advance of age, pain becomes unbearable, not responding to drugs.
The speciallity of the arthritis being ,pain is lesser with gentle use & excessive after prolonged & excessive use. So mild, regular exercises, physical therapies, use of Orthoses are some of the majors lessening the pain.Local pain relieving ointments with gentle massage gives some help.
So, oral medicines along with all above methods can make life easy.
Thanks.
