Hi Doctor am getting foamy urine , but when i did all urine tests and blood test but everything gets normal and sometimes albumin coming trace and sometimes not , kidney test and scanning also perfect and microalbumin creatinine ratio also good , please help me , am facing the problem from 1 year
If all your kidney tests as well as urine tests are normal, then the reasons may be harmless like fast stream of urine, dehydration, more protein diet etc. Still, as you are having traces of albumin in urine some times, you should be more careful about this and get yourself tested periodically for protein in the urine as well as presence of any UTI etc.
Otherwise, you should take adequate amount of liquid. Also, vegetables and fruits should be consumed in adequate quantity. Cranberry fruit may take care of some silent urinary infections, which might cause foamy urine.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
