Why Do I Have Loose Stools, Fever, Backache And Tenderness In Skin?

I had loose bowels after eating. Went for a walk (it was very warm outside (90 degrees), when I came back from walk I felt achey all over and back ache and skin very tender to touch all over. I feel feverish also. I think I had a few weeks ago a urinary tack infection but it went away and I didn't go to doctor. Could this be from that or something else?
