Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and performing an ultrasound of the neck soft tissues. A cardiac ultrasound may be needed, in order to examine the venous pressure.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
