Why Do I Have Pain While Urination And Slight Stomach Ache?

I have had a pain in my lower left side for a couple of days. It hurts when i URINATE. This morning It still hurt but I also had pressure and I had to move my bowels and it hurt. I had 3 loose bowel movements. Now all I have is a little ache in my lower left abdomen

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-Spastic Sigmoid Colitis with IBS.
Hurt while urination mostly is from the accompanying infection being transmitted to bladder with resultant Cystitis.The contact with the Spastic Sigmoid colon with the nearby bladder,is mostly causing urination problem, while the bowel is moved.
The pain is only during the movements of the bowel and not otherwise,as you submitted that after the bowel movement,only little ache in lower abdomen is there.
Treatment for the Sigmoid Colitis would resolve the issue of the accompanied Cystitis in your case.
