Hello,
Pelvic adhesions or scar tissue,
pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,
dyspareunia,
endometriosis, prolapse, etc., may cause such symptoms. Certain conditions can be missed on routine Ultrasound examination and may need further evaluation. Avoid
constipation. Take high-fiber diet and keep yourself hydration. Use a pillow between your knees when lying down to ease back strain.
After intercourse, gentle stretching and pelvic floor relaxation breathing may help reduce cramping. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist who specializes in
pelvic pain or a urogynecologist so that spine and abdomen both can be well evaluated. Get done pelvic MRI to detect endometriosis, deep pelvic inflammation, or adhesions better than ultrasound.
Get connected to a pelvic floor physiotherapist to check muscle tension/weakness. GI evaluation is also needed if bloating and gas are severe or constant. You can take antacids or PPIs to get relieve from pain due to gas. Get evaluated and treated before symptoms get worse. Do not let symptoms interfere with your quality life.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
