Why Do I Have Problem In Defecation After Having Anal Sex?

Goodmorning. I am an 18 year old male and was curious and tried anal for the first time. we did not use any lube. and now my problem is I can't defecate. I'm very worried and I don't know what to do. Only a day has passed. and I feel a little bloated and gassy. please help me
