small clots or lumps under the skin may be LIPOMAS. please tell me if they are soft, painless, movable? if yes, then they are lipomas for sure. they are harmless and no treatment is required, if you are concerned cosmetically you may get them surgically excised.

Dermatologist Dr. Bharat Chawda's  Response
Hi!nakul10,
Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,
its not very clear from your description as to what you have.If you have tiny red dots on your body then its nothing but cherry angiomas..which are nothing but harmless collection of blood capillaries..which anybody can have.Don't get worried about them.you can get it removed if you want to..just visit a dermatologist.
take care,
Dr.chawda
