Why Do I Have This Hamstring Pull In My Left Leg Which Makes Me Difficult To Stand?

I have a nasty hamstring pull in my left leg and am unable to stand up. It hurts unbearably when I try to stand, otherwise as long as I am sitting, I do not have a problem. Please help me get this fixed as I have been suffering for the last week and am missing work!

Hi,
It seems that you got severe spasm of hamstring along with muscle pull.
Take NSAID tablet with antispasmodic medicine for 3-5 days.
Do ice pack application 2-3 times for 2-3 days.
Meanwhile give complete rest to left leg.
Ok and take care.
