Why Do I Have Tightness In My Bicep/triceps?
Last night I was dizzy/nausea and threw up. I also had/have tightness in my left arm around and under the bicep/tricep area. Did not hurt arm physically at all. After sleeping, I still have pain in arm and am still a bit dizzy, but not as much as last night.

It could be sudden strain on your arm. It leads to sore biceps and triceps. I would suggest you to take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz. I would also like you to use warm fomentation. Diclofenec ointment can also help you.
