Why Do I Suffer From Body Pain And Chills Along With Swelling And Breathlessness?

Cold hands and feet, pain in neck, chills with chill bumps, pain thru body so times, other night woke up extreme pain in thighs of both legs, also have had swelling In hands, and few weeks ago found a sore place in my right breast, had some swelling form breast to underarm, also have trouble with shortness of breath at time, and nausea sometimes, seem tired for no reason, get headache at base of my neck right under back of skull.
