Why Do I Throw Up Practically Every Night After Going To An Amusement Park?

I throw up practically every night after going to an amusement park. I has a concussion when I was 3 from falling but I'm beyond that now. I ONLY throw up in the middle of the night, after sleeping, home from the park. Doctors can't figure me out. One suggested I had abdominal migraines, and have me pills to take, but it slightly stalled me, and that was it. Why?
