Why Do I Have Softs Stools In Mornings And Thereafter Hard Stools?
hey doctor happy new year, i am 37 year old male my wieght is 61kgs hight 1.68., from last 5 monthes i am trying to gain some weight and during thiese 5 months i gained about 4 kgs and now my abdomen a littel bigger then befor. now i got a problem in the morning my stool soft and after break fast about 20 minuts again i feel bowl movement and still soft and with a little mucus. but in afternon it is not so soft as in morning, receintly i stop drinking milk, as well a powder milk ( Appeton weight gain powder). befor 5 year also i had always some stomach upset problem.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the weight gain is main concern so try to reduce the calorie in diet, if this is due to genetically related then nothing much can be done in either of this case exercise is best and it has to be done on regular basis. Now for the passing of stool with soft consistency, is not due to any disease but it seems to be due to diet taken even passing of mucus might be due to that only if you do not have any other symptoms, I would advise you to change the diet, hope this information helps.
