i urinate frequently and it is very salty, what may be the cause?

hii welcome to health care magic.it may be due to infection.you should drink plenty of fluid.and take antibiotic t.levox(500) 1tab for 5days.and liq citralca 1tabspn in 1glass of water for 3times in day.and T.r loc(150)1tab on empty stomach.
