Why Do My Inside Feel Swollen With Changes In Bowel Movement?

Hello, I have been noticing a change in the shape of my bowl movements (they are not pencil thin as you typically find with colon cancer) and pain in my tail bone area. I called my doctor and we talked about it at length. As i do not have any other bowel symptoms and have been relativly healthy she did not feel there was any need to be alarmed. I have also been having pain in my ribs and a general achy feeling in my entire abdomen. I don't know how to explain it other than saying I feel like my insides are swollen??? I also have a tipped uterus with a small fibroid that is laying against my back and we thought that maybe this could be contributing to the change in bowel shape. I also have cronic low back pain and have had trouble with my sacrum since my first pregnancy. I have frequent ovarian cysts and have been feeling that tell tale pain off and on this week. I have a busy life style filled with lots of stress right now. As a result I find myself tired and not getting enough rest, exersising regularly or eating properly although I do try. Since cancer is found in my family I find myself feeling very scared and nervous with the things going on in my body.I plan on making an appointment with my Chiropractor and my Doctor for a full physical soon. I guess my question is does this sound like something that could be cancerous?
