Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain in the knees associated is morning stiffness is suggestive of osteoarthritic changes in the knee joint. Regular exercise, calcium supplements and avoiding sitting in a squatting position will help in decreasing the symptoms.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
