Why Do Thin Red Worm Like Bodies Appear In The Stool Of A 5 Month Girl Child?

hi, i got 5 months old baby girl. i started giving her fruit juices and saucy apple,pears and even banana hill. now last two times i watched her stool and found red colour,thin,thread like worms which is about lesser than 1 cm length.why she is getting this and what is the solution.

Your query being appreciated, it may not be worm because worm infestation in this age is very uncommon but condition needs to be confirmed, more or less it could be due to the diet taken, if the baby is doing fine then it is nothing to worry, if the condition persist then stool needs to be sent for laboratory testing hope this information helps.
