Why Does Bowel Movement Cause Semen Ejaculation?

when I have a bowel movement semen comes out when i push. This has been going on now for 4 years. I an partially paralyzed from an accident I had 6 years a go. Lost my sence of touch. Broke my neck at c-3 c-4. Havent had an orgazme since. Do you know why this can happen?

* This is in relation with nerve compression issue from the accident .

* During the act of pushing the bowels there is compression over
pelvic nerves giving ejaculation of the accumulated seminal vesicles
secretions ( as you have no orgasm , this is the only way for it to pass )
