Why Does Excessive Hunger Cause Vomiting?

Okay so whenever I get too hungry I vomit. Tonight I was at an after party in which I allowed myself to get too hungry. I had less than one glass of wine, when I got home I threw up black fluid, but recently I have been having back pain in the upper part of the middle of my back on the left side. Do they have anything to do with each other?

Hello,

You may be already having gastritis with that alcohol empty stomach may lead to erosion to hematemesis.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Use tablet zofer.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
