Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for excess cry with red specks in stools is anal fissure or hemorrhoids. So, I would recommend you to visit a pediatric surgeon for proper clinical examination. They may advice you for local anesthetic and pain relief lotion such as lidocaine.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
