Why Does It Pain To Urinate After First Sexual Intercourse?

I am 17 years old i recently had my first sexual relationship the day before i started my period. it hurt but after we finished everything was fine we used a condom. the next day i got my period. A day after my period i noticed i got pain when i peed. Everytime i pee now it hurts. im on my 4th period day and just used the restroom and it hurt and the pain hasnt stopped. I used a vaginal odor spray a few times. What do i have?
