My 12 year old daughter s urine often smells like vomit. What could be causing it?

Such a bad smelling usually results from urinary infection but it is unlikely at such a young age. Ask her to have plenty of fluids to clear her urine and if it still persists then consult a general physician for any metabolic disorder.
