Hi,my baby age is 3 month.while sleeping his nose make a sound.sometime while burping he vomit.is it any serious problem?

snoring wile sleep is normal. if there is difficulty in breathing, gasping, bluish discoloration of lips , face, all suggestive some serious problem.. otherwise the child is normal.. vomit during burping is normal.. nothing much to worry..
