Why Does My Baby Pass Loose Motion After Breast Feed?

Dear Doc
My son 4 month old having loose motion, greenish color, fishy smell for last 4 days ( 5-6 times) on Breast feeding, ORS, Econorm, Redotil and Ofloxacin. Active takes feed comfortably. Passes motion just after breast feeding.
Please suggest the best formula.

Hai... First of all I need to clarify you certain things. What your kid us having is not a diarrhea. It is called - gastrocolic reflex which is passing of small volume of stools while or soon after feeding. It doesn't require any treatment. Its physiological... That's it is normal.
1. MOTHER'S MILK IS BEST FOR THE BABY
2. DO NOT FEED FORMULAS TILL 6 MONTHS OF AGE
3. IF KIS IS ACTIVELY FEEDING...NO BLOOD IN STOOLS... PLEASE STOP ALL DRUGS.
4. DO NOT USE ANTIBIOTIC UNNECESSARILY.
