Hi,
Welcome to Hcm,
I appreciate the care you are taking to keep your baby as warm as possible. Bluishness of the feet alone is mainly suggestive of temperature change at the site leading to constriction of vessels and bluishness. I would at this juncture advice you to do the beat you can to warm the peripheries and dont worry much about the color. Keeping the body close to your body is the best way to keep warm. However if the bluish disxolouration is significant and is noticed in other areas like lips tongue etc or if persistent inspire of all your efforts to keep limb warm, you need to consult a cardiologist just to be sure that child's heart is functioning perfectly well. If that's normal then nothing needs to be worried. Wish your child a great health. Tkcr.
