My son is 8 and frequently complains of a stomach ache. He also has quite a bit of gas...This morning, he also told me his front "grown-up" teeth seemed loose--they are! and his gums are sore. I'm not sure if these symptoms are interrelated? We are also vegetarian...

He has two separate problems which are not at all inter related.Stomach pain and gas is because of gastrointestinal information infection and indigestion.
Sore gums are because of teeth eruption or infection which can be determined after examining him
