General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to severe muscular pain arising out of over exhaustion.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated,

Nothing much to worry and you will improve in a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
