Why Does My Urine Smell Awful?

i have no weird discharge burning or irritation or any itchiness or anything and i have a history of getting kidney infection from not peeing enough and i have noticed a weird (not bad/awful) smell in my urine some times and i recently had unprotected sex. what do you think it could be?

you might be having some sexually transmitted disease and resultant urethritis. you most also get your blood sugar levels get checked to rule out diabetes.
