Why Does My Vagina Hurt?

Hello ok well here is my question i am 22 years old i am having alot of pain in my vagina inside its very fat and swollen and alot of clear watery waterlike stuff keeps coming out of my vagina this all happened two days after my period stopped i dont know if its because during my period i kept putting tamons in even though my vagina was very dry and hurted or if its something else please help?? also one day after my period me and my spouse used a lube condom which im pretty sure im not allergic to but we havent used condoms in 2 years anyway now everytime i try to sit down or walk.my vagina hurts so bad that i have headaches any idea what it can be??
