Why Does My Wife Get High Fever Every Alternative Day?

My wife is getting high fever every alternate day. One day she is absolutely fine with no symptoms of fever and the next day. She starts shivering and get 104 F 105 F fever.
Can any Dr. suggest what this could be.

Lab test, blood test done for viral, malaria, Typhoid all negative.

Hi,
From history it seems that this is typical pattern of having malaria.
Though blood for malaria parasites are not detected, go for thick slide examination for malaria.
After consulting your doctor you may go for malaria treatment empirically.
