dear sir, my semen test repoet like this: volume 2.2ml, colour greyish white, viscosity normal, liq time- 25 min, fructose- present, PH- 8.5, total spermatozoa count- 6 million, MOTILITY: A motile 2-3/hpf, S.Motile- 4-5/hpf, N.Motile- 25%. occasionally pus cells, few epi cells seen in hpf, microsperms, rough head& neck abnormals and gaint sperms... whats problem i have... any dificulty in fertility? India

I got your question and understand your concern for normality of semen analysis report.
Let me know your complaint if any and since how long is it?
Your semen analysis report suggests little lesser number of motile sperms. Usual range is 38 to 42% as per WHO norms.
I think you should discuss about your problem (complaint)with your treating doctor rather than merely interpreting report values. It will be more fruitful to understand the values in the background of your clinical history.
