Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or gastritis or leaking gut syndrome etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, and caffeine drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten containing food.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
