Why Does One Get Frequent Vaginal And Pelvic Infection?

sir i am priya.29 years old. i got marriage before six years,due to job,my husband comes once in two weeks.two years before i got pregnant,but fetal growth is not properly developed,at the sixth week,i got only two weeks growth.and spontaneous abortion takes place on sixth week itself,i am so worried.i am having hsv 1 infection,and very frequently facing vaginal and pelvic infection.

i am so worried,i took so many antibiotics,but the problem is not completely recovered.

one of the gyno said,to start taking folate tablet for healthy children,with proper health and growth.
