Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pityriasis rosea is a self-limiting rash associated with a viral infection. I would recommend you to take tablet Aciclovir thrice daily for 7 days. This will stop its progression and hasten its resolution.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
