Why Does The Stomach Hurt After Drinking Alcohol?
Hello,
My question is this.... 2 times on birthday party dinners i had food, and a couple drinks. I was very competent, and i was not drunk because i don't like to be or get drunk. But I leave the dinner party feeling very well coherent and know what i'm doing. But after a while my stomach starts to hurt, and then i feel light headed and then I faint. I am very bothered and puzzled about this because i have never had this problem, where i eat and drink a little and pass out and collapse. It happened last night 1/08/2011, and in the beginning of October and very end of September of 2010. I used to drink more than this and never passed out, so you can understand my reasons to be puzzled. Can you tell me what it might be?

Hello,
Stomach ache seems to be from possible gastritis or duodenitis with or without underlying ulcer from alcohol and spicy foods consumed.
Fainting may be from possible different content of alcohol consumed as compared to previous ones giving central nervous system effects.
