Why Does Urine And Stool Have A Sweet Smell?

I have a sweet smell to my urine and stool - I also have a sweet after taste when I eat, this has been going on about 5-6 weeks. It started out as a strange smoky smell - it was the only thing I could smell - the doctor put me on antiobiotic and when the smoke smell started going away, this happened.
