Why Doesn't The Penis Skin Pull Back In Children?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your My son is three years old and his penis wont pull back it has a red look and when trying to pull it back it has a thick layer of skin with hole with white puss on top which does not have an odor please help

Because of the phimosis this is happening and the white matter is not the puss but this is smegma formation, if this is pure phimosis then circumcision is the only option you have, do not try to pull the foreskin this may cause trauma, have a nice day.
