Hi

The signs that your friend have can be signalling any kind of a vaginal infection that she has.
Since she has a contraceptive measure that she is using, I am sure that there signs do not suggest a pregnancy atleast.
See if the problem persists or tends to increase, then she needs assessment by a dermatologist in order to rule out any sexually transmitted disease.
