Why Having Lower Back Pain Along With Pressure On Bladder While Urinating?

I have had lower back pain for the last 3 months. I will go to sleep at night and wake up with the pain on random nights. When I urinate at night sometimes it feels like it releases the pressure of my bladder causing the pain to grow almost like when my bladder is full it is helping the pain during the day but at night when i am not active nor am i drinking fluids the bladder releases and causes the pain to wake me up at night.

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that you must go for ultrasound of lower abdomen and urine test.

It might be due to any problem in kidney and bladder.

So immediate go for test.
