Why Having Pain In Shoulder With Tingling Sensation In Arm And Heart Racing?

Hello, I have been having pain in y left shoulder for quit some time and a tingling sensation in my left arm sporadically, I thought it was just a pinched nerve. Tonight I woke up with my left arm tingling very bad and my heart racing, After a few minutes my heart stopped racing but a tinglingling sensation remains in my arm.

I appreciate your concern .usually the type of symptoms you are having are normally due to a compression of nerve when you have a restless sleep.but the question is left shoulder pain in elderly can be a dangerous sign for that I need to know your age.if you are young the symptom is not to be taken seriously. I hope you got a clarity. please feel free to ask more
