Why Having Pregnancy Symptoms After Tubal Ligation Surgery?
I had tubal ligation surgery about 14 years ago. I have recently had what appear to possibly be symptoms of pregnancy, or maybe something else is happening? The symptoms: increased appetite, breasts are much larger than normal before monthly, increased urination, some headaches, and the most worrisome is that my belly is distended. Any idea as to what could be going on with me?
Dear member, Thanks for writing to healthcare magic. Symptoms of pregnancy are not specific to pregnancy. Sometimes premenstrual symptoms are also similar. If your periods are not delayed and pregnancy test is negative then get yourself checked for other problems. A complete blood count, thyroid assessment will help in diagnosis. Dr Bhagyashree
