Why Having Sharp Pains On Right Side Of Breast?

I m having sharp pains on the right side above my breast now for a couple of weeks, it usually feels better when I put my hand over my head, what could be causing this? and what is on my right side that could be causing this, I am a man looking for a answer

Hello,

The site and history are suggestive towards some musculoskeletal pain. For that anti-inflammatory medication can be prescribed.

However, as you have pain for many weeks it's advisable to investigate with chest X-ray and local part USG for primary work up.
