Why I Am Feeling Light Headed When Walking About And Feeling Hot And Faint With It?

i have been feeling light headed when walking about and feeling hot and faint with it, am also getting acid taste and feelings which makes me feel nausea , and really embarrassing gas after eating can only eat small meals or get stomach cramps, but no matter what i eat i just fill up with gas.
