Why I Am Getting A Sharp Pain On Lower Back?

I have extreme pain in my lower back that extends into my legs which gets worse when I have a bowel movement I am 58 and this is the first time I have ever had back problems. My back does not hurt all the time but it is a strong sharp pain when it does hurt. Does this sound like a pinched nerve

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to trapped sciatica nerve. So go for MRI of lumbosacral area.

After that take proper treatment and physiotherapy.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
