Why I Am Getting Anxiety Attack Several Times ?

I have really bad anxiety and I think it has turned into panic attacks. I have been home from work now 2 days, and I just feel terrified to leave my house. When I get anxiety, i get really bad blotchy skin all over my chest , neck, and face . I know this happens, which makes it even worse. I dont have a doctor, because I am terrified to go to the doctors. Is there anything I can do to help me get over the first bump so i can get help? i love my job, and really dont want to loose it. this is not me as a person at all. I cant talk to people or talk in front of people. its like i am allergic to my adrenalin or something.

Hi there

You have already crossed the major first bump....you recognise you need help and are actively seeking help.....that's half the battle won for us.

Please check this website out called living lifetothefull.com. This is a free website by Chris Williams which tries to help you by using the so called 5 areas model......cognitivie behaviour therapy in simple words. Thousands have used this website till now.

If you are acutely ill and need help, there is not other go than going to a doctor. If you are not able to go, there should be a way that you could ask for home visits by the doctor concerned. It all depends on your affordability or the health care system in your area I agree but if your life is getting affected so much then asking for a hoem visit by the doctor might be the first step.

Hope this helps.
