I am 23 years old,female.I used contact lenses from 1year+.I used one pair of lenses for 1 year.then i recently switched to another new pair.I wear lenses regular when i m in university.I dnt used it more than 5 hour.I dnt feel any irritation.i feel comfort.but sometimes i felt headech.pain on forehead.I ve low pressure .I consulted with my eye doctor before using lenses.and set my power.it is -2.0 on both side for lenses.and -2 and -2.5 for spectacles.and doctor didnt said nething wrng for my eyes.he also suggested to use lenses.so why I feel headech??is it for my lenses??I also have migraine .is this headech is migraine pain??I always keep clear my lenses.atleast 2 days on week i dnt used those.using contact lense is harmful for eyes???i want to use lense for whole life.because i m very conscious about my beauty and style.I dnt like glasses.but i used glasses whole day.just 4/5 hour i wear lenses.please help me.will i suffer for lense in future??is it not safe??plz plz help..I always keep check my eyes by doctor in every 2 years.
