Why Is Myonal Not Able To Cure Muscle Pain In My Neck?

I have muscle pain or stiineck for 3 months now, I tried to take myonal prescribed by my neurologist but the pain is still here. I have a very high uric acid, I don t know if the pain of my muscle has something to do with my high uric acid. Two months ago I was on meds, I was taking Allupurinolol 100mg, I had my uric acid blood test last Saturday July 12 and the result was the same from the last time I had this test last March. I even tried regular massage but still the pain didn t go away. What would you advise to get rid of this stiff neck?
